  Back in December 2017, the manager (Jeff) gave me this great speak and deal for Verizion fios' triple play....but what he didn't tell me is that once I signed up for these services I would be walked on like a worm...Jeff, set up an installation date of January 4th for my service to be connected and when I came back to ask for help he got pissed that I would even ask for help...and now his game is that he has done all he can do and that he can't do anymore...now this is a manager telling his customer that he can't do anymore for his customer......I say this to any one that hasn't signed up for Verizon....please stay away, because it is all smile and laughter until things go wrong...at that point you're on your own...this company will not be there for you...!!! I do mean the whole company...I was told by Jeff that I would be getting triple play, but all I got was cable and internet...no phone...oh, but I got charged for the triple play...trust me save yourself the head acre and find another cable company. As for giving this company and manager stars...please minus -10 all the way....! Wow....they should close down....!
