  I keep seeing reviews here for Michelle and there’s a reason. She’s wonderful. I’ve been looking for an enhanced for almost a year and she was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out what went well with my engagement ring. The stone sits a bit funny so finding something that goes well with it has been an ordeal. Michelle was patient and listened to what I was looking for. If you’re looking for excellent customer service ask for Michelle.

  I want to thank Keith for the amazing customer service. My fiance is over the moon with her ring. Keith went above and beyond to find her the perfect diamonds for the style of ring she loved. To see her face light up was a priceless experience. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. However, Keith has won Reed's a customer for life. Thank you again!
