  Drove out of my way to go to this store to pick up a coat my fiancé wanted. When I get there they told me about the buy one get one for $10 on coats. I didn't see any in the store so I asked if they could order one for me online. They said no problem, but there was a problem. They rang it up wrong and charged me buy one get one 50% off instead of the buy one get one for $10. The manager helped to "fix" it and I went on my merry way. A week goes by and I still have two charges pending in my bank account. I tried to call the 1-800 number but they wouldn't resolve it. I then get an email saying I have two coats shipped to the store for me to pick up. I call the store to have them cancel the one because I only need one coat, but they won't do it over the phone. Even though I need to go to the store to pick up the coat I actual bought, I wasn't planning on doing so until next week. Now because I need my $100 back in my account, I have to move my schedule around and drive out of my way back to this store and get it resolved, but they were super nice and handled the problem when I got there.
